A Vietnamese official announced Wednesday that Angelina Jolie is in the process of adopting a child after her Thanksgiving trip to the Tam Binh orphanage with Brad Pitt.
Vietnamese law does not allow unmarried couples to adopt, only "one single person or one married couple. However, Brad has filed to formally adopt all members of the Jolie-Pitt clan.Brangelina have decided they want a 3 or 4 year old baby boy. A brother for Maddox, if you will.
The paperwork has been finished and been passed onto officials in Ho Chi Minh City for review. Reportedly it typically takes 3-4 months to process the adoption formalities, but officials stated that it may take less time for Jolie. They carefully added that her celebrity status is not the reason.
