I don't know how many times I heard Howard say that he would never marry again after his marriage of 22 years with Alison Berns failed.
Howard, 53, and longtime girlfriend, Beth Ostosky, 34, are engaged.Howard announced the engagement on Sirius Radio this Valentine's Day, and said that he gave her a whopping 5.2 carat emerald cut diamond ring when he popped the question.
No wedding date had been set.
The couple has been dating since 2000.
