A Dead Paris Hilton Warns Teens Not to Drink & Drive

An interactive Public Service Announcement featuring a naked and dead Paris Hilton sprawled out for an autopsy is designed to warn teenagers of the perils of underage drinking.














The display debuts in Williamsburg, Brooklyn where prom-goers frequently take their dates for dinner.

"Campaign to Rescue Women of Youth" featuring "The Paris Hilton Autopsy" offers a cadaveric nude Paris Hilton, laid out with twisted body and opened abdominal cavity on a coroner's table, while her cell phone remains in her grip.

The 'unglamorous' display which includes support material from anti-drunk driving organizations counters "the disturbingly glamorized trend of Hollywood's 'girls gone wild'," according to gallery director, David Kesting.

The Hilton sculpture has an open abdominal cavity and its innards are removable.

Peter Andre May Have Meningitis

Jordan's husband, Peter Andre, was admitted to a hospital last Saturday after feeling ill while at home.

He reportedly first fell ill earlier this month while on a promotional tour in the US.

A source said that Peter was extremely weak and had to be helped into the ambulance. Peter was discharged Sunday but returned hours later and has been there ever since. Since then he has undergone numerous tests, including a brain scan.

Jordan is said to be very upset and is staying by his side in the hospital.

A spokeswoman for the couple said in a statement: "Following recent tests on Peter Andre at the East Surrey Hospital, it is believed that Peter is suffering from suspected meningitis.

"Peter was admitted last weekend, and at this time we do not have an expected date of discharge."

The statement pleaded with the media "to allow Katie to continue as normal, and support Peter and the family during this worrying time".

The statement added: "We would ask all the press to respect Peter and Katie's privacy, and to not contact or visit the hospital."

There are two types of meningitis - viral and bacterial - and the spokeswoman said it was not yet known which of these Andre may be suffering from.

Viral meningitis is the most common but is usually not serious.

Bacterial meningitis, which includes the meningococcal strain of the disease, is more rare but around one in 10 cases are fatal.

Star Trek's Scotty to Get 'Beamed Up' on His Final Frontier

James Doohan, the actor that played 'Scotty' on Star Trek will be getting the ride of his life tomorrow...nearly two years after his death.

Doohan died in June 2005 at the age of 85, due to complications from Alzheimer's.

Some of his created remains will be blasted into space via a rocket from New Mexico.

Earlier this month, the ashes were put into a metal container inside the rocket in preparation for the launch.

Mercury astronaut Gordon Cooper and about 200 others will join Doohan as they are shot into space.

There was a public memorial service today in Alamogordo, N.M.
