Rapper/actress Eve was arrested early this morning after she crashed her gold Maserati on Hollywood Blvd.
Police arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence and later divulged to TMZ that her blood alcohol level was "double the legal limit."There were two passengers in the car with Eve at the time of the accident.
The accident occurred around 2:45 AM Thursday. Eve smashed into a center divider, wiping out the entire front of her car.
TMZ photographers were at the scene, and observed Eve being arrested and handcuffed. Photographers said Eve was "visibly upset" as she was being hauled off.
Eve posted $30,000 bail and was released from Los Angeles County Jail. She tried to cover her face as she went out to be picked up by a friend, in a Maserati.Source
