A Los Angeles judge ordered Morgan to wear an ankle bracelet that tests for alcohol vapors that come from the skin, according to the entertainment Web site TMZ.com.The testing will last 90 days and if it shows Morgan has drank alcoholic beverages, he'll have to wear the bracelet another 90 days. A second failure to stay sober will land him in jail for 30 days.
He's due back in court May 25 to be fitted for the ankle device.
