Orange County Superior Court Judge Franz Miller granted their divorce earlier this month. When the ruling was announced, Houston fought back tears. Brown, of course, did not attend the hearing.
Houston will get custody of daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
Houston testified that she didn't need spousal or child support and that her ex-to-be wasn't reliable enough for their daughter to depend on.
