Italian bellezza Elisabetta Gregoraci

I always thought Italy has some of the most beautiful women in the world. And I still think so. Like in Taiwan, Italy's TV programs are full of gorgeous ladies. Ok, I admit that the shows are of poor questionable quality, but if you wanna see hot women in skimpy outfits through out the day, tune in to Italian TV. Even their public broadcaster RAI will provide you a daily dose of eye candy. How is all this connected to the hot Italian model Elisabetta Gregoraci, who I want to introduce here?

Elisabetta, who was born 1980, started her career as a model and dancer on TV in the late nineties and later played in various films and dramas, even became the Italian Wonderbra girl (which is not surprising) and made various calendars, that became very popular. She was one of those hot girls on Italian TV, that you would just stare at and drool. Let me show you my favorite photos of her:

And now you wonder who's the lucky guy she makes happy with her sexy self? Well, he's rich. And he's not a millionaire, no, he's a billionaire! And he's older. Well, nearly twice as old as Elisabetta. Ok, this is him ...and this and this. You're still doubting? Ok, see this (no, she's not hugging her dad) and if you still don't believe me, then this must be it. Yes, she's married to a very slightly older guy, who may not be in perfect shape, but I'm sure he's got a good character and he's definitely a provider. He's the famous Flavio Briatore, the one who had a baby with Heidi Klum and the one with the Formula 1 shenanigans.

Now I ask you: How do you feel about old rich not so good looking men with much younger sexy model like girlfriends or wives?

Vote for your favorite World Cup girl

This year's FIFA World Cup was the biggest event of the year. And just like on any event of such magnitude, the World Cup brought us amazing images to our living rooms, images we will never forget. It weren't only the games, that got all the attention, there was so much going on around them. And there was one thing that stood out this year: The beautiful women. I don't remember, if we ever had so many hot WAGs, celebrities, models or just cute female fans supporting national football teams or individual players.

I chose 5 women, who really stood out for me, be it for the publicity and attention they got from the media or online or simply for their outstanding beauty or hotness. See the girls below and vote on the poll, so we see who will become MKL's hottest World Cup girl 2010.

1. Sarah Brandner, Germany

Sarah Brandner (born 1988, biography) is a German model and current girlfriend of the German national football player Bastian Schweinsteiger, (born 1984). With her striking 181 centimeters and blonde long hair, she stands out as one of Germany's hottest WAGs. Many people say Schweinsteiger is a lucky man and probably punching way above his weight with her.

2. Sara Carbonero, Spain

Sara Carbonero (born 1984, biography) is a Spanish TV presenter and journalist and current girlfriend of the current Spanish national goal keeper Iker Casillas (born 1981). Sara was a reporter at the World Cup and caught a lot of attention, not only because she's Casillas's girlfriend, but because of her amazing beauty and her especially beautiful eyes. A year before, she was voted Sexiest Reporter in the World by FHM USA. And after Spain won the World Cup, Iker and she gave us one of the most romantic moments in sport history (see video here).

3. Larissa Riquelme, Paraguay

Larissa Riquelme (born 1985, biography) is a model and an actress from Paraguay. She rose to fame during the World Cup by placing her cellphone between her breasts (which some sources say was a publicity stunt), while cheering for the national team of Paraguay. When Paraguay faced Spain in the quarter finals, she offered to run naked through the capital Asunción, in case Paraguay beats Spain and moves on to the semi finals. That did not happen, but she still did a nude photo shoot, you can see the photos here (NSFW!). She's 170cm tall and curvy (duh!).

4. Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen, Netherlands

Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen (born 1985, biography) is a half Dutch/half Spanish soap actress, TV presenter and a model. She is the wife of the Dutch national football player Wesley Snijder. She was voted Sexiest Babe of the Year in 2006, 2007 and 2009 by FHM Holland. It's no wonder, that Wesley turned a Catholic for her, before they married. I mean look at her, who wouldn't? With her 176 centimeters, she's taller than him (he's 1.70m) and definitely one sweet eye candy.

5. Unknown Korean fan, South Korea

This girl from South Korea caught my attention, because she really stood out among all the other cute fans. I have no idea how old she is or if she's known (if anybody knows her name, let me know), but she's was definitely the hottest fan from Asia at this year's World Cup. My Korean friend Juno told me, that during the World Cup many Korean girls try to get caught by photographers and the media in order to become popular. Well, in this case, she succeeded with me. She got my attention pretty fast. How about you?

I must say my personal favorite is Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen [bonus] Even though her name is hard to remember (or pronounce), she's for me the hottest woman of them all here and my personal hottest World Cup girl 2010. A very close second place takes Sara Carbonero, who seems to be the most down-to-earth among them all, the best wife material. She's really likable and her eyes are amazing. My number three is the unknown Korean girl, who seems to be the cutest of all the women above. My number four would be Sarah Brandner. She really looks hot on some photos, on some other's she looks pretty normal. But who knows, she might look stunning in real. But still, she's my no 4. And last but not least is Larissa Riquelme. She's sexy, but not really my type.

The World Cup is a bad period of time for those girlfriends, who aren't as passionate about soccer as their boyfriends. First they need to accept, that their men try to watch as many games as possible, drink a lot of beer and debate every bad decision of the referees with their friends. And when men behave like they're coaches, that's not always pleasant thing. And on top of that, girlfriends need to allow their men occasionally drooling over sexy female supporters or over so called soccer girls, online models, who dress up in uniforms of the participating teams. Yes, the World Cup is a challenging time for relationships and I try my best not to overstrain my girl's patience. I guess I'm a lucky guy, because I have such a great girlfriend, who never complained about me watching so many games and having less time to communicate with her. I promise I will make it up to you, dear. Give me some two more weeks ;-) How is it in your relationship?

Relating to the above, while browsing Chinese websites between the games, I came across Pan Shuang Shuang [潘霜霜], a Chinese model from Beijing, who recently came to fame by doing a photo shoot as a soccer girl for the online betting website bwin.com, who named her a "Shark girl" (no idea why). The photos are circling all over the Chinese web, because she's obviously looking good with that ball and the skirt and the appealing posing. She's now 23 years old (born 1987), 168cm tall and currently weighs 49kg. See some of her photos to get a better idea of her:

She's not that popular in China, but in a country with 1.3 billion people, if you're popular among a small fraction of all these people, that already means a lot. So, yeah, I think she has a great future ahead of her, because she's quite photogenic and she has "assets", that are necessary for a modeling career in China or East Asia. You know what I mean.

Pan Shuang Shuang bedroom photos scandal, 2011

UPDATE, March 21, 2011: Pan Shuang Shuang (also known as Mavis) was recently involved in a scandal (Chinese source). Bedroom photos of her involved with Hong Kong actor Raymond Lam were leaked, but at the same time it also came out that she was married to an older Caucasian (read white) man since 2009 (see a photo of them) and even has a son with him. Who would have thought that she was married to a foreigner and had a child already? She kept her secrets very well, I must say that. It was probably good for her career, because appearing as single is much better than being a mom and married to a Westerner (which can be a bit controversial in China). I hope that the controversy won't affect her marriage and her son (isn't it interesting, how people are always afraid of "cheating Westerners"), it would be a very traumatic experience for the young boy. Let's hope everything turns out well for all involved.

Slovenia baby for the World Cup 2010

How Chinese websites honored Slovenia at the World Cup 2010

I found some amazing photos of Chinese models on Sina.com, that launched a World Cup 2010 Beauty Contest, where various beautiful girls pose as models for a certain country that's taking part in this year's Football World Cup in South Africa (...that by the way, starts tmorrow). My home country Slovenia, the smallest country or nation to participate this year, is also represented by her "baby" (宝贝), who poses with a football and the Slovenian national symbols (you can see the coat of arms of Slovenia on her left upper arm). Her name is Du Yan Jia (杜颜嘉), she's a model from Wuhan, 166cm tall, her dimensions are 80/60/84. I did not get her age or more info, but that doesn't matter, just enjoy her photos.

Will Yan Jia bless us with her beauty?

On that website, there's an opinion poll and Chinese can vote for their "soccer baby" and currently Greece is first. And guess who's last? Slovenia. Haha.. well, I don't think is Yan Jia's fault, I guess people also vote for a country they know and like and Slovenia must be pretty unknown to Chinese. You can check the poll results here. I tried to vote, but I guess they blocked foreign IPs, so don't even try, if you're not in China.

There are so many gorgeous girls on that website, who once again confirm the notion, that Chinese girls are one of the most beautiful in the world, as some people say. Sure, beauty is relative, but I'm sure those soccer girls won't leave you unimpressed.

Then there's another Chinese website called Fengniao.com, who did something similar. The only difference is, that they airbrushed their models, you can see that here. I've found the model, who posed in Slovenian national symbols (click on the photo to enlarge). The model has the Slovenian national symbol Triglav (our highest mountain) airbrushed on her chest. The green is the main color of our national football uniforms. If you ask me, the model, as well as the whole "outfit" look great. What do you think?

Imagine the image above is something you saw in real, with your own eyes:

It's a hot spring day in Korea and you find yourself wandering a few miles away from Seoul in the country side, a bit lost, a silly tourist, who went astray and doesn't speak Korean. You're tired, hungry and thirsty and you need someone to tell you the way back to Seoul, where you will feel safe, where you belong. It's after two hours of walking, when you see her sitting there at the side of the road. It's Hwang Mi-hee, presented in all her beauty and curiously looking at you. At a famous part of Danshui (Tamsui), where they sell that very tall ice cream, there are two photos of her and I snapped that with my cam. I hope, if you're her fan, that you enjoy these pics :-)

Women in Taipei always try to look good

Do you want to see beautiful women on every corner? Come to Taipei!

This girl, which I spotted on a Taipei's MRT train, was probably headed to Taipei's fashion street named Zhongxiao East Road or 東區 as the local people say. I've never seen so many girls and women at one place wearing really high-heeled shoes. If you come to Taipei, you're under the impression, that Taiwanese women love to wear sexy shoes. Some of the women look extremely hot and you think the sidewalk is actually a catwalk, but some of the Taiwanese ladies just look a bit awkward, because it's really obvious, that the shoes they're wearing are pretty difficult to walk in. So my question is:

Are high heels a torture or a blessing? As women, do you feel good and sexy or a bit awkward? How high can the heels be for you to still feel ok wearing them?

If you ask me, I'm happy, if my girlfriend wears high heels from time to time, but not the very high ones. They still need to be walkable and comfortable as much as they can be... I know it's almost contradictory, but you know what I mean.

Hanna: A Taiwanese fairy tale

A Taiwanese girl's thorny path to beauty

Let me show you some photos of a lovely Taiwanese girl. Her name is Hanna 澎澎. Do you agree with me, that she's beautiful?

Now you wonder why am I showing you photos of a beautiful girl? Well, there's much more to Hanna. Unlike other girls, she wasn't always as perfect as now (according to the modern standards of beauty). There's a story behind these photos. They are a result of a thorny path she had to walk to become like this. Why? Because...

Hanna lost 44kg!

She's currently 24 years old and she's blossomed into a beautiful young woman. She used to have 94 kg and came down to 50. Isn't that amazing? I admire people, who have such will-power to change their lives by never giving up. Apparently she stopped eating meat and maintained a strict diet. I hope Hanna will be an inspiration for you. In case you're about to give up in one of your struggles, think twice. Is it really so hard to continue? You have to find that out for yourself.

On another note. Have you seen celebrities without make-up? If you haven't, check some pics here. It will make you feel good. I guess with great make-up, you can be perfect, too. But then again, what is perfect and what has value?

Adeline Lee: Singaporean beauty

Let me introduce you my exceptional friend

I came across this lovely lady 3 months ago on Twitter. Where else, right? Seems like Twitter is a place to meet the most awesome people. Adeline Lee (born 1985) is definitely one of those. And she's also one of these women, when you see them, you just have to ask them something like: Are you a model? And I think that was one of the first questions I had in our initial tweet exchange. And yes, she is a model. But not only that - she's a model you'll definitely remember. What captivated me most about her were her eyes. She's got that uniquely deep look with big radiant eyes you can't really forget. Check the photo above and below: Amazing eyes, right?

But apart from the eyes, she's got an awesome body, which is obvious in the next pics (She's 163cm tall). Have you noticed the leopard outfits? Seems as she has a special affection for leopards, because she uses the nickname leopardladyy for her blog, Twitter and other websites. But more about that later in the interview.

Now that you know a little about Adeline, let's hear what she has to say. I decided to make a small interview with her, it's my first, so wish me luck :-) So here's a little conversation I had with the amazing Singaporean model Adeline Lee:

How do your friends call you? Any nicknames?

They all call me Adeline, but my family calls me 'ah Yong' in Chinese (my Chinese name in short), I hate it because it sounds like a guy's name. Lol.

I noticed you use 'leopardladyy' as your online name. How come?

Because I love leopard prints so much! hehe. I love animal prints. :) Everyone knows it's my trademark now, haha!

When did you begin modeling and how did it start?

I started modeling early this year. It all started when a photographer approached me for shoots, and then I find myself doing it till now...It's fun.

Share some of your favorite models, female and male.

I love Devon Aoki, she's a model turned actress. She has very unique features. And from male models Randall Tan from Singapore.

What is your favorite look when it comes to fashion?

The wild smokey eyes look is my all time favourite.

What kind of shoes are your favorite?

I love high heels, but it always gives me nasty blisters. I love boots too, but it's not very appropriate to wear in Singapore, unless it's for special occasions etc.

Share your favorite make-up brands for my female readers.

I love MAC cosmetics, eg. their liquid foundation and concealer provides great coverage which is suitable for parties/shoots. And I always wear Maybelline mascaras, I think they are alot better than those expensive brands. I don't have to wear any fake lashes at all!

Now let's talk about some topics that aren't related to modeling. What do you do in your free time? What are your hobbies?

I love reading novels/literatures. And singing is also my hobby.

Where did you travel and which place did you like the most?

I've only been to Bangkok and Hong Kong/Shenzhen. But I really love Bangkok. Apart from all the cheap bargains, their simplicity of lifestyle appeals to me, it gave me a nostalgic feeling.

What's your favorite food? Do you cook and what do you cook best?

Lol. My fave food is pasta/sphagetti and tom yam. And I just learned how to cook pasta, haha. I want to try cooking tom yam next. :)

What are your favorite TV shows?

My fave tv shows are American next topmodel and Prison Break. I don't really chase dramas, but watch a lot of movies.

Who is your favorite singer?

Jam Hsiao.

What kind of guy is handsome for you?

Like Wentworth Miller! Lol.

What kind of people annoy you the most?

Ohh... I met a lot of annoying people while taking the train everyday in the morning. Weird people, who try to strike a conversation, people who squeeze and push like mad....

You're pretty, you must have many guys approaching you...

Hahaha, but im married. Lolz.

How would you describe your character?

I'm quite introverted. I tend to be very quiet around people I don't really know,and hence often being mistaken as aloof, which I'm really not. But with my close friends or family, I would be crazy!
