David Hasselhoff Has His Parental Rights Restored

After agreeing to an alcohol test three times a week, David Hasselhoff has had his parental rights restored.

Both Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach were present at the hearing. The pair have reverted to their original joint custody arrangement.

Hasselhoff was temporarily barred from seeing daughters Taylor-Ann, 17, and Hayley, 14 on May 7th after a drunken video of the actor appeared all over the internet.

"It went well today, and the truth was told." Hasselhoff said outside the courtroom.

The videotape was officially entered into evidence Monday. It will be the focus of the next hearing on June 1.

Whitney Houston Bobby Brown Divorce Final

Today Whitney and Bobby's divorce becomes final.

Orange County Superior Court Judge Franz Miller granted their divorce earlier this month.

When the ruling was announced, Houston fought back tears. Brown, of course, did not attend the hearing.

Houston will get custody of daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

Houston testified that she didn't need spousal or child support and that her ex-to-be wasn't reliable enough for their daughter to depend on.

Alec Baldwin Goes After TMZ

Alec Baldwin has apologized to fans on his website for the voicemail message he left Ireland Baldwin, his 11 year old daughter, and his attorney has filed court papers demanding website TMZ reveal their source of the leaked message.

The document is an Order to Show Cause on why Basinger and her lawyers should not be held in contempt.

In a declaration filed by Baldwin’s lawyer, Vicki Greene, the attorney says “Petitioner [Basinger] is the only parent with custody, possession and control of the minor child’s telephone voice-mail message that was dissemination (sic) to Harvey Levin and TMZ.com.”

Greene states, “I do not know how Mr. Levin received any information about the court proceeding that was closed to the public, but again, it had to come from someone connected to the proceeding, and it was not me.”

“If Mr. Levin had a tape recorded message between Respondent and the minor child, it had to have originated from Petititoner or her employees, agents or attorneys.”

“Respondent [Baldwin] urges the Court to set a hearing to determine the source of the leak and whether and how its Orders have been violated. Information has been leaked to the press intentionally. The specific source is unknown, but it could only have come from Petitioner’s side of the case.” Greene ends by alleging the leak “…goes against the Court’s stated desire to protect the child from unwarranted publicity.”

TMZ stated on their website they do not reveal their sources.

Hulk Hogan To Divorce?

According to the National Enquirer Hulk Hogan has secretly consulted a divorce lawyer about ending his 23-year marriage with his wife Linda.




















Despite that, the two are still together taping the fourth season of the reality show "Hogan Knows Best."

"The marriage is over. The show is the glue that's keeping them together," divulged a source. "It's Hulk who wants out. With the kids grown, he feels it's time to move on."

The source also told The Enquirer: "they're not hiding their problems from the cameras. But what hasn't been filmed is the fact that Hulk secretly consulted a divorce attorney."

Danny & Gretchen Bonaduce Begin Divorce Proceedings

Danny Bonaduce's wife Gretchen has begun divorce proceedings.

Danny was on the Adam Corolla Show this morning, where he revealed that Gretchen sent him a letter informing him that he will soon be served with divorce papers.

Danny confirmed to TMZ that while "Yes, this is happening," he says that it is absolutely not what he wants. "I don't want a divorce," he said. "This sucks ass."

Danny's radio co-host, Adam Corolla tells TMZ that this did not happen "over one incident." Which if you ever saw the reality show, 'Breaking Bonaduce' you would understand.

Gretchen has put up with Danny's womanizing, drinking, drugging and raging since they met on a blind date in 1990.

The unfortunate part is that there are children involved. His daughter thinks the world of her father and has been very emotionally disturbed in the past by the thought of her parents divorcing.

But how much more was Gretchen supposed to put up with? She was more of a babysitter than a wife. Constantly worried about what her husband had done and if he was telling the truth about it. That's no way to live.

So Mr. Bonaduce needs to wake up and straighten himself out. If he doesn't, this divorce will eat at him and will certainly break Bonaduce. He strikes me as a man who will lose everything without the love of his family.

Whitney Houston Gets Full Custody of Daughter

Whitney Houston has been awarded full custody of her and Bobby Brown's daughter.

Whitney was granted custody of 14-year-old Bobbi after she told the court that Brown "could not be relied upon."

"He's unreliable. If he says he's going to come, sometimes he does. Usually he doesn't", she explained.

Brown's lawyer said his client was intending to appeal the judge's decision.

The couple's divorce will be final on April 24th.

Britney Spears Hits the Town

Britney Spears headed out for a very brief night on the town after her and Kevin agreed to a divorce settlement.

The pair had a grueling five hour meeting yesterday in which they finally reached a settlement in their divorce. Reportedly Kevin will get $1 Million, and they will share custody of their two children, 50/50.

Britney had her teeth whitened at the dentist and stopped by The Bridge Restaurant and Lounge in Hollywood yesterday after the settlement meeting.

She didn't stay long, about 45 minutes and she was outta there.

Even though she has the granny chic thing going I still think she looks pretty good considering what she has looked like in recent times.

Wynonna Judd Files For Divorce

Country singer Wynonna Judd has filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Dan R. Roach.

The news comes one week after he was arrested in Texas on charges of sexual abuse of a child.

He is reportedly held at Taylor County Jail and being held on $750,000 bond.

Nashville police stated that Roach was arrested Thursday in Abilene and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child younger than 13.

Judd released a statement on her website, "I am obviously devastated. Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully - by the Grace of God - become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation."

She has named irreconcilable differences as the reason for the dissolution.

Roach had been in rehab for drugs and alcohol at the Shades of Hope Treatment Center in Buffalo Gap, Texas since February 21, 2007. The same treatment center that Wynonna attended in the past for food addiction.

The couple were married on November 22, 2003.

Britney Spears $19 Million Divorce Settlement

Britney Spears has agreed to give Kevin Federline a $19 million divorce settlement.

The couple have agreed to joint custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

According to Britain's The Sun, Spears' wanted to finalize the divorce during her stint in rehab.

Federline will get a $2 million lump sum plus half of Spears' earnings during their marriage and half the proceeds from the sale of their Malibu, Calif., home.

A source tells the newspaper, "Everything changed when Britney went into rehab. She and Kevin started talking again and he's been a tower of strength for her. Her time in rehab has given Britney a lot of time to think, and has shown her Kevin loves his kids and is a good dad."

Britney Back in Rehab for the Third Time in a Week

Britney Spears is back in rehab.

I really hope for my sake and hers that this is the last time I have to say that.

According to TMZ.com, the custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted right away has been cancelled because of the new development. The custody hearing had been planned for today.

So is Britney doing to rehab thing to get out of the hearing or does she really believe that this third time will be a charm?

Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' well being and wants her to get the help she is seeking. This is Spears' last chance..if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, KFed has planned to go to court immediately, seeking orders allowing him full custody of the children.

Spears showed up at Federline's house last night and he wouldn't let her in. The children have been with him since last week.

Kevin Federline Steps Up To The Plate

Kevin Federline, known for whooping it up in Sin City, canceled plans in Las Vegas during the NBA All-Star weekend so that he could be available for his children.











"Kevin is concerned for Britney and his children," says a friend of Federline's. "Of course he's concerned about her. He loves her. He's always loved her – even after she started divorce proceedings."

According to another People Magazine source, Federline had booked a room from February 14-19th at the Venetian, but canceled the reservation.

This is nice news about the couple for once. I guess Kevin isn't 100% dirtbag afterall. Which is a great thing considering his children are really going to need him now.

Eminem's Ex Talks About His Manhood During Radio Interview

Kim Mathers, the twice ex-wife of Eminem, was interviewed on WKQI 95.5FM's 'Mojo in the Morning' show today.

There was nothing held back as she ranted and raved about how much she hates him and how little his dick is.

"I can't stand him. He's an absolutely horrible person, and he gets worse every day. I vomit in my mouth whenever I'm around him or I hear his name. There's nothing left in me for him. Nothing at all."

"If you're going to have sex with Marshall, make sure you have a little blue pill, because otherwise it does not work." She went on to say that sex with Em was bad in bed and that he isn't very well endowed.

"His relationship with the kids has (gone) downhill." Besides Hailie, Em and Kim also take care of Hailie's cousin, Alaina. "Since he left the house (this month), I don't know what he's doing. His visits are few and far between, and when he does come around, it's nothing positive."

She also said that when he is around he is "always yelling and complaining about something." She said Hailie always asks, " 'Why's dad acting so weird?' That's what they say every day."

"It's a shame that I've moved on and Kim hasn't," Eminem said in a statement released Friday afternoon via his publicist, Dennis Dennehy. "Her ongoing press campaign is doing nothing but harm to the children, and for that I feel truly sorry. For their sake I wish she would stop."
