Katie Holmes Threatens Pornstar With Legal Action

Katie Holmes is considering suing an 18 year-old Texan pornstar who goes by the name, Katee Holmes.

The soon-to-be pornstar plans on losing her virginity on screen.

I wonder if it will be with a Tom Cruise look-a-like? I wonder if the look-a-like will be gay? Now that would be funny!

A spokesperson for Katie Holmes said, "It's a really cheap shot. Obviously Tom would support Katie in anything she decides to do about it."

Shy Love, a representative for Katee and an adult video star, told PageSix that Katie Holmes should be honored.

She says, "Katee is using the name as a tribute to Katie, who has always portrayed an innocence in everything she's done, beginning with Dawson's Creek."

Such an innocence that she wants to destroy it by being filmed banging the hell out of some coked out, slimy dickweed who's gleefully robbing her of her virginity? Bitch please! Ho go home and wash out your beaver!

Farrah Fawcett to Sue the National Enquirer

Farrah Fawcett has plans to sue the National Enquirer over a front page story they ran in December.

Farrah is claiming the story has caused her emotional distress. The tabloid's article described Farrah's first ordeal with cancer and went into detail about her apparent 'death wish'. The story broke before Fawcett could inform all of her family and friends of her illness.

Her publicist, Craig Nevius, released a statement Friday saying, "While Farrah is prepared to continue the fight she began last fall, she is not prepared to allow the tabloids to continue to invade her privacy or use one confirmed truth as the foundation on which to build numerous fabricated articles.

"Stories and headlines such as the National Enquirer's December 18th cover claiming `Farrah Begs: Let Me Die” can only be regarded as knowingly false and purposefully malicious. Not only have these and other lies been hurtful to Farrah and her family but, as per her doctors, they have been potentially harmful to her recovery."

Tracy Morgan Accused of Groping Radio Personality

A disc jockey in South Florida filed a misdemeanor battery complaint against Tracy Morgan, saying that he inappropriately touched and said vulgar things to her at the radio station Friday morning.

Radio personality Yuleika De Castro, who goes by the on air name of Sandy Diego, claims that that Morgan reeked of alcohol as he touched her shoulders and arms and even kissed the back of her head. De Castro claims she had to push him away.

Morgan was escorted out of the studio by the people he arrived with.

De Castro said she filed the complaint because she felt "violated" and "dirty."

"He said he wants to impregnate me," she told The Associated Press.

Morgan's Friday and Saturday night shows at the Improv Comedy Club in Coconut Grove have been abruptly canceled, but no one is saying why.

The Broward County State Attorney's Office will decide whether or not to file charges once the report is complete.

Angelina Jolie Fights For the Name 'Shiloh'

Angelina Jolie doesn't want anyone naming their product after her natural born child.

Symine Salipour, owner of a jewelery design and fragrance company, Hors Lá Monde Corp., plans to name her latest fragrance 'Shiloh'.

Salimpour applied to trademark the name 'Shiloh' last June. Since then, Jolie's attorney has received two 90-day extensions to prepare a case opposing Hors Lá Monde's use of the name, and Jolie has contacted the US Patent and Trademark Office.

A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "The name is completely unrelated. Symine is a citizen of both France and Israel, but she identifies strongly with her Israeli roots — it's a spiritual thing for her. Shiloh is a Hebrew name that means 'his gift'.

New York trademark attorney Thomas M. Wilentz said, "The notice of opposition alleges that you will be damaged by the pending trademark. Angelina must feel that people applying for 'Shiloh' need to get her consent."

The fragrance has reportedly been in development in France for two years.

Representatives for both Jolie and Salimpour refused to comment.

Perez Hilton Hit With Another Lawsuit

Perez Hilton, or Mary Lavender as I like to call him, is being sued for $7.6 million by the photo agency X17 Inc., as you probably already know.

Now Splash News and Picture Agency, Bauer-Griffin, Insight News and Features, Flynet Pictures, and London Entertainment Pictures have all joined together and filed a complaint claiming more than 25 counts of infringement for a total of $7 million.

X17 claims that he has used 51 photographs without permission, payment or credit.

"Perez has achieved his fame and fortune by unlawfully taking and exploiting other people's work," said Splash News's CEO Gary Morgan in a post on the company's blog. "Using someone else's only means of earning money to make yourself rich at their expense is most un-American."

“Most bloggers are law abiding paying customers. They have to pay for photos but Perez gets rich by refusing to pay for them. There is no question he is famous because of other peoples hard work. All the agencies have asked for all along is fair pay for a fair day’s work.

The 99 page suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles, CA.

Joe Francis is a Pig

Joe Francis' legal woes seem to have no end.

Francis has just been charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery. The charge was filed by the LA City Attorney.

Law Enforcement told TMZ that Francis was at a birthday party in Los Angeles this past January when he allegedly touched an 18-year-old girl on the breast, buttocks and inner thigh. The woman allegedly repeatedly asked him to stop.

Francis will be arraigned May 22. If convicted, he faces a maximum six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.

A Teary Joe Francis Sentenced to Jail for Contempt

Joe Francis, founder of the Girls Gone Wild, pleaded guilty to contempt of court Monday and was sentenced to 35 days in a Florida jail.

Party boy Francis fought the tears back as he was sentenced. Heh.

"Joe has changed in the past few months," says his attorney, Jan Handzlik. "He has changed from someone who was disdainful of the system to someone who recognizes that he has to play by the same rules as the rest of us. He has put a lot of his foolish behavior behind him."

Francis, 34, was charged with contempt after he wigged out and started swearing during negotiations to settle a lawsuit filed by seven women who were minors when they were filmed for one of his videos.

U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak in Panama City, Fla., ordered Francis to settle or face a contempt charge. After talks collapsed, Francis berated Smoak in the media, saying he was a "judge gone wild."

Francis was ordered to surrender April 5 to begin serving jail time for contempt, but he never showed. He was arrested at the airport five days later as he was on his way to turn himself in.

Francis said in court, "I am sorry for my behavior. It was wrong. I had heard about appeals and things and I was confused. I am sorry, I really am."

Francis claims the women suing him lied about their ages, has since reached a settlement.

A federal grand jury in Reno has also indicted Francis on charges of tax evasion.

Alec Baldwin Goes After TMZ

Alec Baldwin has apologized to fans on his website for the voicemail message he left Ireland Baldwin, his 11 year old daughter, and his attorney has filed court papers demanding website TMZ reveal their source of the leaked message.

The document is an Order to Show Cause on why Basinger and her lawyers should not be held in contempt.

In a declaration filed by Baldwin’s lawyer, Vicki Greene, the attorney says “Petitioner [Basinger] is the only parent with custody, possession and control of the minor child’s telephone voice-mail message that was dissemination (sic) to Harvey Levin and TMZ.com.”

Greene states, “I do not know how Mr. Levin received any information about the court proceeding that was closed to the public, but again, it had to come from someone connected to the proceeding, and it was not me.”

“If Mr. Levin had a tape recorded message between Respondent and the minor child, it had to have originated from Petititoner or her employees, agents or attorneys.”

“Respondent [Baldwin] urges the Court to set a hearing to determine the source of the leak and whether and how its Orders have been violated. Information has been leaked to the press intentionally. The specific source is unknown, but it could only have come from Petitioner’s side of the case.” Greene ends by alleging the leak “…goes against the Court’s stated desire to protect the child from unwarranted publicity.”

TMZ stated on their website they do not reveal their sources.

Britney Spears May Be Sued By Her Fired Manager

It is being reported that Britney Spears is facing legal action after firing her manager Larry Rudolph last Friday.

Rumors have been swirling that Spears was upset at Rudolph for 'forcing' her into a rehabilitation center which resulted in a massive media frenzy.

Britney was also seen on a bizarre video making fun of her manager this past weekend.

Apparently Spears had a contract with Rudolph which she has broken, and will most likely end up in court.

Britney's PR aide Leslie Sloane Zelnik was unaware that Rudolph had been fired when contacted by PageSix early this morning.

Howard K. Stern Sues Virgie Arthur For Slander

E! Entertainment is reporting that Howard K. Stern has filed a federal slander lawsuit against Virgie Arthur's attorney John O'Quinn, accusing him of suggesting to media that he was, in fact, responsible for Anna Nicole's death.

Court documents were filed Friday in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach.

"The public airwaves should never be used to promote personal agendas or vendettas," Stern's attorney, L. Lin Wood, said in a statement Friday.

Larry Birkhead is Indeed the Father of Baby Dannielynn

Proving what most of us already knew, DNA tests have in fact confirmed Larry Birkhead as the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby girl, Dannielynn.


Larry Birkhead said outside of Bahamian court earlier today, "I hate to be the one who told you this, but I told you so. My baby's going to be coming home pretty soon."

Anna's friend and attorney Howard K. Stern was named as the father on the birth certificate. Stern has claimed all along that he was the father of Dannielynn, but that has proved to be a ploy conspired with Smith to keep Birkhead from getting custody of the baby girl.

"I'm obviously very disappointed, but my feelings toward Danniellyn have not changed," Stern said outside of the courtroom.

Stern also told reporters that he will not fight Birkhead for custody.

"We're going to do what we can to make sure that the best interests of Danniellyn are carried out," Stern said. "I'm going to do what I can to make sure that he gets sole custody."

Stern also stated that Birkhead is free to start spending as much time as he wants with his daughter. Gee, what a guy.

Virgie Arthur, Anna's mother, also sought custody of the child but seemed pleased with the DNA results.

"I'm happy that Dannielynn will know who her real father is," Arthur told reporters outside of court. "I look forward to working with Larry to raising my granddaughter and doing the very best for her."

The DNA analysis was also confirmed by Dr. Michael Baird, an expert in genetic evidence.

Baird, who analyzed the results of a March 21st DNA test, announced the results outside the court.

"Essentially, he's the biological father," Baird said.

Paris Hilton Considers Suing MTV

Paris Hilton is pissed about a skit that MTV plans on airing that makes fun of her drunk driving incident last September.

She is threatening to sue MTV if they air the parody.

The piece was filmed in January for the premiere episode of "ShortCircuitz", but she has turned on her heels and decided that she doesn't want to make an appearance on the show.

In the sketch a Paris-like floozy gets pulled over by a cop, consults her 'What Would Paris Do' bracelet and then dry humps the officer who tells her that she is 'too fabulous' to arrest.

The episode is due to air tomorrow.

The clip was filmed before Hilton was arrested a second time for driving with a suspended license.

Hilton's lawyers are demanding that MTV trash the sketch or face possible legal action.

Howard K. Stern Ordered to Pay $10K

Howard K. Stern's appeal on DNA testing was just rejected and he was penalized by the three-judge panel in the amount of $10,000.


TMZ.com has learned Stern was ordered to pay $5,000 in attorney's fees to the Registrar General and $5,000 to Birkhead's lawyer, not Debra Opri, the Bahamian one.

This could clear the way for the unsealing of the DNA test results, that should happen in court this week.

Typically, these penalties (called "sanctions") are imposed when an appeal is frivolous.

Howard K. Stern Admits He is Not the Father of Dannielynn

Howard K. Stern has reportedly admitted he's not the father of Dannielynn to Larry Birkhead.

Oh, it's about time, don't you think?

Howard is willing to sign over paternal rights to Larry Birkhead, as long as he gets paid for them.

Now that Anna is gone, it's rumoured that Howard is willing to release Dannielynn over to Larry in exchange for ongoing control of Anna's estate. he also wants to become Dannielynn's trustee.

It is also rumored that Howard is claiming the Bahamian home and boat.

Birkhead has not yet commented publicly on any negotiations taking place between the two men.

P. Diddy Sued For Assaulting a Man & Hitting on His Girlfriend

P. Diddy allegedly assaulted a man outside a post-Oscars party last week.

Estate agent Gerard Rechnitzer claims Diddy punched and pushed him and his girlfriend outside Hollywood nightclub Teddy's.

Rechnitzer, 27, says it all started when he left to use the bathroom at Teddy's and when he returned he found his fiancée surrounded by six guys, including P. Diddy.

He adds that he waited and watched Diddy as he flirted with his fiancée for about five minutes, then Rechnitzer asked her to leave with him.

Diddy, ignoring pleas from her fiancée, then told the woman he was having a party and invited her. Rechnitzer again asked her to leave with him. That's when Diddy punched him in the jaw.

An ambulance was called and Rechnitzer filed a report with the police. Of course Diddy left before they arrived. Rechnitzer declined the offer of medical treatment.

Legal papers state that "Combs, also known as 'Diddy', also known as 'P. Diddy', also known as 'Puff Daddy', also known as 'Puffy', hereinafter Defendant Combs, suddenly said to the Plaintiff, 'What the f*ck you looking at dude?'

"Then he shouted, 'I'll smack flames out of your ass!' "

Wow, that's all he could come up with?

The documents also state that Diddy "intentionally, wilfully, knowingly and unlawfully attacked, assaulted and battered" Rechnitzer causing him to "fly backward several feet" and hit a parked car.

The suit is also alleging that P Diddy pushed Rechnitzer's girlfriend and "attempted to spit on another female member" of their group.

Diddy's attorney Benjamin Brafman said, "The case will be vigorously defended.

"It's just another example of an opportunist seeking to fabricate a lawsuit based on a flat-out lie to try to take advantage of Mr. Combs' celebrity status.

"Mr. Combs did not hit anyone and Mr. Rechnitzer suffered no injuries or damages whatsoever. There is no case. It is that simple."

Perez Hilton Sued Over Aniston Topless Pictures

Universal City Studios has filed a lawsuit against Perez Hilton for publishing topless pictures of Jennifer Aniston.

Perez is accused of copying a picture of Aniston - that was taken and stolen during production of The Break Up - and then posting it on his blog.

The case, filed in a Californian court, seeks a bar on further publication and the return of the pictures. Hilton has argued though that the picture is just as available for viewing on other websites and that because Hilton published the picture "for the purpose of commentary and satire," his actions constitute fair use.

The studio wants an injunction on future use of the picture and a court order "directing the US Marshal to seize" the copyrighted material.

Oh please, let's not get our panties wedged too far up there..

Perez has a great point. You can get these pics anywhere on the internet, on PLENTY of celebrity forums out there. They are everywhere. Yet they are only coming after the bloggers..?
