Kevin Federline's Little Brother Arrested Last Month

It took me forever to find this guys picture, but I found it, and he's actually Kevin's half brother.

According to court records obtained by Star Magazine, 20 year old Cameron Federline was arrested by members of the Pendleton Police Department at midnight on March 4, during a raucous party at his family home.

At an April 3 court appearance, Federline pled guilty to the charges of "providing liquor to minors", "illegal possession of alcohol by a minor" and "illegal possession of alcohol by a minor by consumption".

Cameron was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 of which were suspended under the condition that he have no new arrests in one year, pay a $708 fine, and attend a victim's impact panel on alcohol abuse. He immediately began serving his five-day jail sentence, and was scheduled for release on April 7.

Britney Spears $19 Million Divorce Settlement

Britney Spears has agreed to give Kevin Federline a $19 million divorce settlement.

The couple have agreed to joint custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

According to Britain's The Sun, Spears' wanted to finalize the divorce during her stint in rehab.

Federline will get a $2 million lump sum plus half of Spears' earnings during their marriage and half the proceeds from the sale of their Malibu, Calif., home.

A source tells the newspaper, "Everything changed when Britney went into rehab. She and Kevin started talking again and he's been a tower of strength for her. Her time in rehab has given Britney a lot of time to think, and has shown her Kevin loves his kids and is a good dad."

Shar Jackson & Kevin Federline Uniting to Care for the Federline Clan

Star Magazine is saying that Kevin wouldn't let Britney in the house last week becauses Shar Jackson was there, playing mommy to the kids.

An insider tells STAR, “Kevin wouldn’t open the door because Shar was in the house. He was afraid that if Britney saw Shar there, she would do something in front of the kids. Shar’s been playing mom to Britney’s kids – and she’s ready to do it permanently. Shar loves Kevin and she would take him back in a heartbeat.”

However Shar's rep, Juliette Harris, is denying the allegations.

"Shar Jackson will continue to maintain the necessary relationship with Kevin that is in the best interest of raising their two children. This weekend Shar and Kevin visited together with the four children, and that this was the first time that all four children met."

"Any insinuation that she is involved with [Kevin and Britney's] problems or break up in any way is preposterous. She has always been supportive of Kevin’s choices, both publicly and privately. Shar refuses to be pulled into their relationship and will not comment further on any personal matters."

Britney is Not on Suicide Watch - Liked Ecstasy and Cocaine

According to 'Extra', Britney is NOT on suicide watch despite numerous reports on the internet stating otherwise.

“The story is absolutely untrue,” said Britney’s manager, Larry Rudolph. “She is in rehab, and it is very disappointing that various media outlets are running these false stories about her, as Britney tries to get better.”

Meanwhile, Amanda Alexander, sister of Britney's first husband Jason Alexander, is chirping to the press saying that she saw Britney use cocaine and e. Another Louisiana aquaintence, Kent Smith added that Britney has used them for years. "I've known Britney at least 10 years. We partied at Club 360 in New Orleans three years ago. She does like to party. I've been there when she's done ecstasy and cocaine."

Britney went off the deep end just before entering rehab for the third time, attacking paparazzi with an umbrella she used as a weapon. She repeatedly hit the photographers SUV and he claims he was hit as well. Poor baby.

Spears’ wild attack happened after Kevin refused to let her into his house. Kevin supposedly called the cops.

He is said to be staying with the kids to keep the photogs away.

Kevin and Brit's mom, Lynne, are joining forces to help support Britney. Lynne was seen arriving at Federlines home this morning.

Britney Back in Rehab for the Third Time in a Week

Britney Spears is back in rehab.

I really hope for my sake and hers that this is the last time I have to say that.

According to TMZ.com, the custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted right away has been cancelled because of the new development. The custody hearing had been planned for today.

So is Britney doing to rehab thing to get out of the hearing or does she really believe that this third time will be a charm?

Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' well being and wants her to get the help she is seeking. This is Spears' last chance..if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, KFed has planned to go to court immediately, seeking orders allowing him full custody of the children.

Spears showed up at Federline's house last night and he wouldn't let her in. The children have been with him since last week.

Kevin Federline Steps Up To The Plate

Kevin Federline, known for whooping it up in Sin City, canceled plans in Las Vegas during the NBA All-Star weekend so that he could be available for his children.











"Kevin is concerned for Britney and his children," says a friend of Federline's. "Of course he's concerned about her. He loves her. He's always loved her – even after she started divorce proceedings."

According to another People Magazine source, Federline had booked a room from February 14-19th at the Venetian, but canceled the reservation.

This is nice news about the couple for once. I guess Kevin isn't 100% dirtbag afterall. Which is a great thing considering his children are really going to need him now.
